SecuGen U20AP Firmware Upgrade APP
Use this apk to update your SecuGen U20AP device to the latest firmware. This is to ensure that your U20AP device functions properly
Steps to use the app
a) Disconnect the U20AP device from phone.
b) Open firmware upgrade app
c) Plug in device. LED should glow
d) Click ‘Select USB Device’ and select USB port listed.
e) Click on ‘Start’ to begin firmware upgrade. Ensure device is connected properly.
f) Disconnect / unplug device to complete
